Many of our properties are dedicated to helping the community and disadvantaged groups. For many years we have worked closely with established non-profits such as Special Service for Groups, Inc. (SSG), Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse (L.A. CADA), and St. Joseph Center, to help those dealing with homelessness, mental illness, drug addiction, and other issues.
